To qualify, prepare the following:
- Official First-Time Job Seeker (FTJS) Certification from your local barangay.
- At least one original valid government-issued ID.
- An online appointment through the National Police Clearance System.
Application Steps
- Register online
- Create an account in the National Police Clearance System.
- Complete your personal profile.
- Book an appointment
- Select your preferred police station.
- Choose your appointment date and schedule (AM or PM).
- Prepare your documents
- Get your FTJS Certification from your barangay.
- Bring at least one original valid government-issued ID.
- Visit the police station
- Arrive on your scheduled date and time.
- Submit your documents.
- Complete your biometrics, photo, and electronic signature capture.
Important Rules
- One-time benefit: The free clearance for first-time job seekers can only be claimed once.
- Validity: The National Police Clearance is valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance.
